  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure in the Parsonage house: There is no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have only one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Only at my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on the Lords Day, with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered four times in the year. The number of Communicants is usually from 40 to 50.

  6. Catechising of children: In Lent & before the Episcopal Visitation.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have.

  9. Number of families: About 120.

  10. Chapels: There is a Chapel at a Village in the Parish where Service is performed by me twice in the year.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are neither Papists nor Dissenters that I know of.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no Alms house, Hospital or charitable Endowment: Some book's are at the Parsonage house left by one of my Predecessors for the benefit of his Successors.

  13. Charity: There is a Legacy of 33 pounds formerly left called Stock-money & the Rent of a Close amounts to 4 Shillings yearly, which is annually distributed.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted Augt 1772 & ordained Priest May 1769.
